Take it from Erin—mom, owner of Sweet Grace Ice Cream Co., and the main entertainer of her three kids ALL SUMMER when they were little. SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY, but now one is in college, one is an upcoming senior and the youngest is starting high school. 18 summers go by FAST! While we often think it takes big vacations or big moments to make memories, it’s usually the small ones that stay forever—the ones that remind us of home, our neighborhood and childhood.The sound of the ice cream truck. Running outside barefoot. Laughing in the driveway with neighbors.

How it works
Each week:

You will get a text to remind you of our deliver day and to tell you about any new sweet treat or coffee products we will have on the truck for you to choose from

Sweet Grace arrives at your neighborhood stop on a set schedule (there are 2-3 stops per neighborhood, you pick the time and location that work for you based on the text--pick up locations always remain the same each week

We are stocked, knowing your family is coming

You pick up your order at the truck (sweet treats AND iced coffee)

Bring your Ice Cream Social Club tote bag to haul your treats home with you (our FREE gift to our 20 founding families) or enjoy your treats right at the truck

We designed the Best Summer Ever Ice Cream Club around 4 treats per week because, for most families, that number just naturally works.
It keeps things simple, flexible, and easy to enjoy without overthinking it.
Even in smaller households, it still fits beautifully:

Some families don’t fit neatly into the 4 treats a week box—honestly, neither does ours. Whether it’s: Blended families Grandparents staying for the summer Extra kids who are basically part of your house anyway Or just a full, busy, joy-filled home that doesn’t fit into a box So instead of limiting the experience, we flex with you. ➕ Additional Family Member Add-On +$15/month per additional person Each added person receives: 4 additional treats per week Ice cream or gourmet iced coffee options Their own reserved portion every visit Whether your family is 2 people or 10 people, nothing about the experience changes: Everyone gets their own treat. Everyone has a reserved spot. And no one gets left out of the ice cream truck moment. Because this isn’t just about ice cream. It’s about making sure summer shows up for your family in the middle of your actual life—not just the highlight reel version.

Paws & Pops Dog Treat Add-On
We offer dog ice cream for wet nose family members. $12/month 4 dog-friendly treats per month OR $20/month 8 treats per month (ideal if you have more than one furry friend) Because they’ve been staring at everyone else eating ice cream long enough.

But What If We Go On Vacation?
✈️ Vacation / Missed Week Policy
Because summer is never perfectly scheduled (and honestly, it shouldn’t be).
If you miss a week:
You can:
✔ Receive your treats later (we’ll extend into early October if needed)
OR
✔ Double up your next visit (8 treats instead of 4)
We don’t take away your value—you simply enjoy it on a different day.
What if there is bad weather?
Rain Policy
We operate in most weather conditions.
Light rain? Put on your rain boots and come on out anyway—that’s part of the memory.
If there is:

Severe thunderstorms

Lightning
-
Unsafe road conditions
We will:
✔ Reschedule your neighborhood stop, or
✔ Roll your weekly treats to the next visit
Nothing is ever lost.
Membership Terms & Agreement
💛 Membership Terms & Agreement (Please Read)! You can cancel at any time, we hope you don't, but you can 💛 We’re so glad you’re here. This program is designed to bring joy, consistency, and a little nostalgia to your neighborhood all season long. By joining, you agree to the following terms so we can keep things fair, fun, and consistent for everyone. 📦 Membership Overview Each membership includes: 16 treats per month Neighborhood-based scheduled service Seasonal participation during operating months 🍦 Monthly Treat Rules Treats do not roll over from month to month Treats do not accumulate past the 16/month-you can't roll months together. Unused treats expire at month’s end No combining months for larger redemptions Weather exceptions apply for missed service due to closures. If it is storming and we cancel at the end of the month, you treats will roll over to the first week of the new month. 📍 Neighborhood Capacity Each neighborhood has limited membership spots. ❌ Cancellation You may cancel anytime. However: Founding Member status is lost Locked-in pricing eligibility is lost Priority access may be removed 🔒 Renewal: “Lock It In for Next Year” At the end of September, active members receive early renewal access.
